Miriam is a Pilates and Yoga instructor. Originally from London, where she accrued over 7 years of experience teaching, with a focus on Pilates. She is a certified STOTT Matwork and Reformer instructor, and furthered her training in Los Angeles, in which she studied Lagree Fitness with Sebastien Lagree. Miriam’s knowledge extends to factors affecting both mind and body, in which she recently spent time in Rishikesh, India, where she studied Hatha & Ashtanga yoga alongside meditation.
