“True superiority lies in always being better than the previous self.”
Xia started to practise Ashtanga Yoga in 2002. After benefiting greatly from yoga during her transition into motherhood, Xia obtained a 300 hour Power Yoga Teacher Certificate in 2012. Since then Xia has been sharing yoga at public, private and corporate yoga sessions, in the forms of Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, YinYang Yoga, Kids/Teen Yoga, Swing Yoga and Stand-up-paddle Yoga. To further deepen her knowledge and understanding in yoga, Xia completed her 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 with AyuYoga in India.
Drawing inspirations from her daily self practice, Xia’s sessions are generally challenging, but her gentle approach, compassion and encouragement create a caring and non-competitive environment for people to explore their yoga journey.
